FAQ

The most common questions from the community:

How many times a week should I train?

It depends on the training plan you're following! In general, there are
2 to 4 workouts per week, scheduled to alternate effort and recovery.
You don’t need to run every day — consistency matters more than quantity.

How long does each workout last?

The duration varies depending on the type of run, but on average a workout lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. And if you're short on time, even a short run is better than nothing!

Can I move the workouts if I have other commitments?

Absolutely yes. The plan is a guide, not a cage. If you skip a day or need to reschedule a workout, adjust the program to fit your week — just try not to pack too many sessions back-to-back.

Do I need previous running experience?

Some plans (like “Running for beginners”) are designed specifically for beginners. We guide you step by step, alternating walking and running, with clear and gradual instructions. Anyone can start.
