Quinoa pizza


Ingredients for 1 quinoa pizza

200 g quinoa

50 ml water

1 tbsp apple vinegar

1 tbsp oregano

1 tbsp mix erbs

chilli flakes

a pinch of salt

Soak quinoa for few hours (at least 2) before preparing the pizza.

Pre-heat the oven at 210 °C.

Drain quinoa and blend it together with the rest of the ingredients for a couple of minutes. The result should be similar to a pancake mixture. If it’s too dry add some water. Oil a pan and pour the mixture on it and spread it with a spatula.

Bake for 15/20 minutes till it’s firm and slightly brown. Remove it from the oven and season it as you wish.

For the hummus and avocado pizza

1 avocado

Olive oil

For the Beetroot hummus:

1 boiled beetroot

1 can of boiled chickpeas

1 tbsp tahini sauce

Salt and pepper

Half lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

 quinoa pizza

Procedure: place all the ingredients for the hummus in a mixer and mix to obtain a creamy consistency. Spread the hummus on the pizza and finish with avocado slices and olive oil.
