Parmesan cream spaghetti with egg yolk


Ingredients for 2 people:
200 g spaghetti
100 g Parmesan cheese
70 ml milk
2 eggs
Olive oil
Chilli flakes
1 garlic clove


Cook pasta in salty water and drain it a little before of the time indicated on the box. In the meanwhile, prepare the Parmesan cream. Melt Parmesan with milk in a pan and keep it aside.

Brown a garlic clove in a pan with 4 tbsp of olive oil. Add ½ tsp chilli flakes and spaghetti. Finish to cook spaghetti in the pan adding cooking water. Once it’s cooked, pour the Parmesan cream on the bottom of a plate, ad place a nest of spaghetti on top of it. Complete with an egg yolk and more chilli flakes. While pasta is still hot, mingle the egg yolk with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
