Mango tart

Mango Tart with coconut chips

Ingredients per a 16cm wide tart :
For the bottom layer:
80 g walnut
80 g di peeled almonds
6/8 dates
1 tbsp coconut oil
For the frosting:
370 g fresh mango flesh
2 tbsp stevia
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
Fort the garnish
Coconut chips

Procedure for the bottom layer: In a blender, blend all ingredients for the bottom layer to obtain a sticky consistency. Place the mixture in a cake tin and press it well to form the crust.

Fort the frosting:peel the mango and blend it with stevia. Cook the mango puree for 10 minutes in a pan. Pour the cream on top of the bottom layer, add some coconut chips and let it cool in the freezer for a couple of hours.
