CHIA JAM AND RED BERRIES
Peanut butter foodspring:
2 slices bread
For the jam
200g red berries
2 tbsp white chia seeds foodspring
1 tbsp maple syrup
Procedure for the chia jam: cook red berries in a pan with maple syrup for 5 minutes. Smash it with a spoon and add chia seeds. Cook 3 more minutes and let it cool down. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Serve with toasted bread and peanut butter.
