Cod fish wraps

Ingredients for 2 people:
3 tbsp taggiasche olives
5 cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp flour
Olive oil
2 cod fish fillets

 

Procedure:

Cut taggiasche olives finely and join them to cubed cherry tomatoes. Roll the fillets in the flour and cover them with the olive and tomato mince. Roll up the fillets and close them with 2 toothpicks. Bake for 10 minutes at 180C and finish to cook for another 10 minutes at grill oven mode.
