Peas and chickpea burger
For the protein bread: whisk well the protein bread mixture with water and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough in 4/5 burger buns. Place them on a casserole covered with parchment paper and bake at 175C for 40/50 minutes circa.
In the meanwhile, boil peas for few minutes, stir fry them in a pan with shallot and blend them quickly with the rest of the patties’ ingredients. Make balls and press them to obtain burger patties. Bake them for 15 minutes at 180C.
For the dip: whisk 100ml yogurt with 1 tsp turmeric.
