Salmon noodles and brussels sprouts
Cut brussels sprouts and stir fry them in a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil for 3 minutes. Add edamame and cook for another 2 minutes.
In the meanwhile cook salmon fillets for 2 minutes per side. Then cut into cubes.
Cook noodles in salty water, drain them and add them to the pan with vegetables. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
Add salmon and serve. Finish with black sesame seeds.
