Black Bean Brownies 

Ingredients 
1 +1/2 cup black beans (or alternatively red ones)
2 plentiful tbsp cocoa powder 
½ cup avena small flakes
1/3 cup maple syrup 
10 drops natural sweetener 
A pinch of salt 
¼ cup coconut oil or vegetable oil 
½ chocolate chips + ¼ cup chips for the garnish 

If you use canned beans, wash them and drain them well. Place all the ingredients in a blender (except the chocolate chips) and blend for 3 minutes. Add the first part of chocolate chips and stir with a spoon to tie it all together. 

Cover a casserole (8cmx8cm) with parchment paper and pour the mixture in it. Sprinkle with the second half of chocolate chips and bake at 170C for 20 minutes. Let it cool for 20 minutes and then leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
